Mokoena leaps to another indoor victory

Former Olympic silver medallist Khotso Mokoena closed out the top-flight international indoor campaign with a solid victory in Birmingham on Saturday.
Mokoena produced a 7.99m leap to win the men’s long jump at the final leg of the World Indoor Tour.
He was six centimetres short of his season’s best set in Karlsruhe earlier this month.
Tyrone Smith of Bermuda took second place with a best attempt of 7.83m.
