Twin sisters Diana-Lebo and Lebogang Phalula will lead the SA women's contingent in Cameroon

A 24-member national team has been announced by Athletics SA for the African Cross Country Championships in Cameroon next month.
Additional non-travelling squad members were also included in the final list revealed on Thursday, as back-up for the national team.
A 42-member provisional squad had been released by ASA earlier this month.
The final team was expected to be announced on Monday, but the federation said it had been delayed by a few days due to issues with official results from the final trials at the SA 10km Championships in Sasolburg last week.

SA team, African Cross Country Championships, Cameroon (12 March, 2016):

Senior men (10km): Jeromy Andreas (CGA), Derocious Makhobalo (AFS), David Manja (ACNW), Precious Mashele (AGN), Thabang Masihleho (AFS), Thabang Mosiako (ACNW). Non-travelling reserves: Tumelo Motlagale (CGA), Mthobisi Baloyi (ACNW)

Senior women (10km): Murendwa Davhana (AGN), Diana-Lebo Phalula (CGA), Lebogang Phalula (CGA), Keneilwe Sesing (CGA), Andrea Steyn (AGN), Glenrose Xaba (CGA). Non-travelling reserves: Janet Dlamini (KZNA), Ntombesintu Mfunzi (EPA)

Junior men (8km): Ikageng Gaorekwe (CGA), Dais Malebana (AGN), Kabelo Melamu (CGA), Ryan Mphahlele (CGA), Rowhaldo Ratz (WPA), Kabelo Seboko (CGA). Non-travelling reserves: Ruben Dlephu (ASWD), Dylan van der Merwe (CGA)

Junior women (6km): Lesego Mpshe (CGA), Cheryl-Lee Schoeman (CGA), Nicole van der Merwe (CGA), Carina Viljoen (CGA), Thobile Vilakazi (CGA), Simonay Weitsz (CGA). Non-travelling reserves: Tshegofatso Setlhakgoe (AGN), Robyn Kaltenbrunn (CGA)
